Half Hand Accidental Warranty

In the event that your silicone hand becomes defective or damaged, this warranty has you protected against any issues you may come across. This will allow you to use your practice hand with the peace of mind that any oopsie is covered.

Warranty is available in 1 or 2 years and valid from purchase date.

What your accidental warranty covers:

• Accidental tears in silicone hand. Ex: Tears in cuticle or any surface of hand. 
• Gen2 realistic details missing.
• Broken armature 

How to file a claim?

Include the following:

• Subject: Warranty Claim
• Order Number
• Photo Attachment of hand

How will my claim be resolved?

Once we have received your claim and it has been reviewed you will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label. Once we have received your package, your replacement item will be shipping out. 

Is my replacement item covered?

No, at the time of your claim you will have the option to purchase a new accidental warranty for the replacement hand. This is optional.
