Currently orders are processed within 3-5 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving a confirmation email. This can change in times of high volume of orders (such as new product launches, holiday orders, sales, etc.) or due to postal service issues that are out of our control. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For free shipping: all orders over $49 get free shipping.
Insurance
Veeda Bella offers shipping insurance for all packages in order to protect your order from being lost, damaged, or stolen. You can purchase this insurance at checkout. If you have a missing or damaged product, and you purchased this insurance, please email us at info@veedabella.com to get the issue resolved.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@veedabella.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy on all products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, un opened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@veedabella.com If your return is a mistake on our part, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If your return is a mistake on your part, you will have to pay for the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
